SERVICE REQUEST (SR)

If your request is urgent and requires a response within an hour, please call CTC on 07 3216 6711 first, to facilitate this response. A Services Request (SR) can then be submitted indicating that the priority is urgent. Submitting a SR is required to ensure the job is logged in the management system and is trackable until completion.
